Chingford’s Ridgeway Park hosts 'the greatest soul event that never happened' with tributes to some of the best classic soul and r’n’b acts from around the world!

Featuring a new Urban DJ dance tent, Iain Green Wildlife Wonder & Doorstep Discoveries photography workshops, a fun fair and an array of food and drink stalls.
You'll also be able to find out what's in store for Waltham Forest as the first ever London Borough of Culture in 2019. Come and speak to the team about volunteering and funding opportunities for the programme.

Wildlife photography workshops
Join professional nature photographer & tutor Iain Green on a wildlife photography safari through the festival. Bring your camera (phone, compact or SLR) and Iain will help with camera settings, photography tips and wildlife spotting. Workshops on the hour at 1.30pm, 2.30pm, 3.30pm, 4.30pm
Art Road Show
Waltham Forest’s creative talent will be showcased in an a travelling exhibition of art submitted by community members and budding artists from in and around London. Festival goers will be able to pick their favourite art pieces, with cash prizes awarded to the winners. Curated by local arts organisation Mehraj Arts and the William Morris Gallery Young Curators.
